Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Master Business Suite ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Master Business Suite provides cloud-based business management tools including VAT and e-Invoicing, accounting, payroll, secretarial compliance, CRM, and telecom billing modules. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorised use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Payment and Billing

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All prices are quoted in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) and exclude VAT where applicable
• Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused service periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload or enter into the Platform. We claim no intellectual property rights over your data. You grant us a limited licence to host, back up, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Master Business Suite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. By continuing to use the Platform after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
